Delivering a Stronger Brand and a Platform for Sustainable Growth
Ready Marketing partnered with Green Timber Technology (GTT) to help transform a fast-moving advanced manufacturing business into a sharper, more visible and more market-ready brand. Through the delivery of a public Open Day, increased digital content, a new website, and a suite of sales and marketing collateral, we helped GTT strengthen its market presence and better align sales and marketing activity.
The result was a more confident and consistent brand in market, improved visibility across multiple touchpoints, and a stronger platform to support business growth, lead generation and stakeholder engagement.

Delivered a successful industry Open Day showcasing GTT’s advanced manufacturing process and strengthening relationships with media, partners and key stakeholders.
Strengthened GTT’s brand narrative around precision manufacturing, speed, certainty and scalable timber construction.
Designed a new website clearly communicating GTT’s capability and value.
Increased digital content to improve visibility and consistency across channels.
Developed branded collateral to support sales, tenders and business development.
Improved alignment between marketing and sales to support growth and lead generation.
BACKGROUND
GTT is an advanced manufacturer of prefabricated timber building systems, producing precision-engineered wall, floor and roof panels designed to help developers and builders deliver housing faster, with greater certainty and quality. Its strategic positioning is built around precision, speed, certainty and scalable delivery.
As GTT’s profile grew, so did the need for a marketing function that could match the strength of the business. The company had a compelling offer, strong leadership, and significant industry relevance, but needed greater consistency in how it communicated that value to the market.
The pain point was clear: GTT required marketing structure, stronger storytelling, improved digital consistency, and collateral that could support conversations across government, developers, builders, partners and media. The business also needed a website and marketing assets that reflected the quality and maturity of its operations.
Ready Marketing was engaged to act as an outsourced marketing function and help bring that structure, visibility and strategic clarity to market. This aligned directly with GTT’s stated need for a partner to elevate the brand, generate awareness, provide creative execution across all touchpoints, and support internal teams with practical marketing tools.
OBJECTIVES
- Elevate and clarify the GTT brand in market.
- Improve digital presence and content consistency.
- Develop a more professional and cohesive suite of sales and marketing collateral.
- Create a website that better reflected GTT’s capability, innovation and growth trajectory.
- Support customer engagement and business development through stronger messaging and assets.
- Align marketing more closely with sales conversations and commercial priorities.
These objectives closely reflected GTT’s own strategic brief, including the need to refine market positioning, improve consistency across all touchpoints, and support business growth with better content, campaigns and branded tools.

STRATEGY & CONCEPT
Ready Marketing’s approach was to build a more complete and consistent market presence for GTT — one that could translate a highly technical offer into compelling commercial communication.
We began by helping shape the narrative around GTT’s core strengths: precision-engineered kit-of-parts construction, advanced manufacturing, speed, certainty, scalability and sustainability. This was important because GTT’s brand framework makes clear that every touchpoint should reinforce those messages, from technical proposals and capability statements through to website and social media.
From there, our work focused on four key areas:
1. Building Visibility Through Content
We increased digital content output to ensure GTT was showing up more consistently in market. This gave the business a stronger voice, more regular presence, and better opportunities to communicate its projects, capabilities, leadership and point of difference.
2. Creating A Stronger Customer Journey
We developed a new website to better present GTT’s story, capability and relevance to multiple audiences. The website became a central brand and sales tool — giving prospects, partners and stakeholders a clearer path to understand the offer and engage with the business.
3. Equipping The Sales Function
We developed a suite of sales and marketing collateral to support customer conversations and business development. This included materials that helped bring consistency to proposals, capability messaging and broader brand communication, reflecting GTT’s need for a cohesive branded communications suite across proposals, pitch decks, client responses and related assets.
4. Creating Market Engagement Through The Open Day
We developed the GTT Open Day as a strategic brand and stakeholder activation. More than an event, it was a live demonstration of GTT’s product, process and future vision — giving industry, partners and prospects a tangible way to experience the business and better understand its modern construction model.
OUTCOMES
The engagement delivered a stronger, more market-ready brand presence for GTT.
Key outcomes included:
- A successful Open Day that helped bring the GTT story to life in a real-world setting whilst forging strategic awareness and alignments with media and industry.
- Increased digital content and a more consistent online presence.
- A new website that improved how GTT presented its capability and value proposition
- A stronger suite of collateral to support sales, tenders, business development and stakeholder communication
- Improved alignment between sales and marketing, with better tools to support conversion conversations.
- Greater brand consistency across key customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
Importantly, the work helped move sales and marketing into closer alignment. Marketing was no longer just about visibility for visibility’s sake — it became part of how GTT built confidence, explained value, supported conversations and accelerated commercial momentum.
