Positioning Parkes as a thriving, vibrant and supportive business community drives Parkes Shire Council and the subsequent work we complete for them.

Of relevance is the #loveourlocals campaign we recently developed and executed on behalf of Parkes Shire Council.

The campaign saw members of the business community documented to showcase the expertise, experience and success of many of the local businesses and why “it all adds up” for businesses in the Parkes region. We also encouraged residents to follow the campaign and engage by sharing what they loved about shopping local with the #loveourlocals. As you will see below, the campaign saw great levels of engagement and instilled local pride beyond our expectations.

Outcomes:

• -Instilled local pride in the businesses and Parkes offering as a whole.
• -Increased awareness of what Parkes has to offer for both customers and business owners.
• -Encouraged the business community to expand both their skill set and promotional methods, further increasing the reach of the campaign.
