The Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator who can work independently as a vital cog in the Ready Marketing team. The functions of the role are as diverse as the businesses, events and organisations you will be working with.

You will be creating and managing communication strategies along with other projects for clients and Ready Marketing. This will include liaising with clients to create a range of content (including digital photos and videos) for websites, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

You will work closely with clients to measure and report on engagement to enhance connection with their target audience. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering engaging on-brand EDM Marketing with personalised and relevant content to drive sales and engagement.

Working with such a diverse client base, you will require an innovative, resourceful and “can do” attitude to be part of the Ready team. Experience in creating compelling content for web, Google and platforms such as, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Know your way around Office 365, Mailchimp, Canva, Business Suite or Adobe Creative Suite.

Can work your way around updating and maintaining a great WordPress and WooCommerce website.

Possess keyword research and SEO skills to optimize your killer content.

Responsibilities  

Manage the development and implementation of monthly social media content plans to deadline including the creation of all assets and general social media management.

Work closely with our valued clients to plan and professionally execute results-driven digital marketing campaigns, utilising all relevant channels.

Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, accounts and key projects where required providing project briefing as the essential link between the client and the creative team.

Identify opportunities and challenges on behalf our clients’ digital products, and articulate market and customer needs.

Develop and deliver engaging and on-brand EDMs and customer journeys, using MailChimp with personalised and relevant content to drive sales and engagement.

Assist our team with WordPress website content population, maintenance, and client support/training. Proactively audit and update copy on websites where needed.

Undertake, implement and optimise keyword research and strategy to drive organic website traffic and improve search engine ranking.

Develop a robust reporting framework to measure the return on marketing activities and spending including analysis of insights, data and analytics.

Skills & Experience

Marketing and digital content creation experience.

Proven interpersonal, client relationship building and project management skills.

Experience in web based technologies and social media management.

A broad understanding of digital marketing trends/strategies and a commitment to professional development.
